This notice explains the current data practices of the OTA Learning Studio website. It should be reviewed before launch and updated whenever new analytics, payment, mailing-list or contact-form services are added.

Information you choose to provide

You may provide your name, email address, learner level, subject, curriculum, availability and learning goals when booking a consultation or contacting OTA Learning Studio. Please avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.

How the information is used

• To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations.
• To understand the learner’s academic needs.
• To plan and deliver agreed tutoring services.
• To send relevant scheduling or lesson communication.
• To maintain appropriate administrative and safeguarding records where necessary.

Booking through Cal.com

Consultations are scheduled using Cal.com. When you open the booking link or submit booking information, Cal.com processes that information under its own terms and privacy practices. OTA Learning Studio receives the appointment details needed to conduct the consultation.

Email communication

If you email taiwooloyede49@gmail.com, the message and reply details are processed through the relevant email provider. They are used for tutoring-related communication and administration.

Children’s information

Parents or guardians should make initial enquiries and booking arrangements for children. Learner information should be limited to what is reasonably needed to discuss and deliver educational support.

Cookies and analytics

The current static website does not install its own marketing analytics or advertising cookies. External booking links may use technologies governed by the external provider. This section must be updated before adding analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools.

Sharing and retention

Information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers used for email, scheduling, video lessons or file delivery, only as needed to provide the service. Information should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, safeguarding, accounting or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information held directly by OTA Learning Studio, subject to any legitimate record-keeping obligation. Email taiwooloyede49@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request”.
