Information you choose to provide

You may provide your name, email address, learner level, subject, curriculum, availability and learning goals when booking a consultation or contacting OTA Learning Studio. Please avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.

How the information is used

• To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations.
• To understand the learner’s academic needs.
• To plan and deliver agreed tutoring services.
• To send relevant scheduling or lesson communication.
• To maintain appropriate administrative and safeguarding records where necessary.

Consultation enquiries through WhatsApp

The form prepares a WhatsApp message using the details you enter. Your information is sent only after you continue to WhatsApp and press Send.

Email communication

If you email taiwo@otalearningstudio.com, the message and reply details are processed through the relevant email provider. They are used for tutoring-related communication and administration.

Live chat through Tawk.to

The website uses Tawk.to to provide live chat and offline messaging. If you use the chat, Tawk.to may process the information you enter, together with technical details needed to operate and secure the service. OTA Learning Studio receives the conversation so that it can respond to your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive personal, medical or financial information through live chat.

WhatsApp communication

The WhatsApp button opens a conversation with OTA Learning Studio through WhatsApp. Messages, profile details and related technical information are processed under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices. Using WhatsApp is optional; email and secure online booking remain available.

Children’s information

Parents or guardians should make initial enquiries and booking arrangements for children. Learner information should be limited to what is reasonably needed to discuss and deliver educational support.

Cookies and Google Analytics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, approximate visitor countries, traffic sources, pages viewed and interactions such as consultation, WhatsApp, email and product-checkout clicks. Google Analytics is not loaded when you decline analytics. The information is used to improve the website and assess the effectiveness of regional campaigns; it is not used by OTA Learning Studio to identify you personally or sold to others. Tawk.to, WhatsApp and other external services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy practices.
